I look at you and ponder

Is success really your goal?

Your selfworth is clouded

And your confidence is low

You speak of a million projects

Yet you focus on none

You have a million options

But a direction, none

Your methods are skewed

You call yourself a failure

Yet its success you pursue

How will you succeed?

If you say you are in the rut

You pity yourself and

Have low self-worth

And no self esteem at all

How will you do it

When you have options

Yet a direction none

You are prepared for failure

And not success at all

You are securing a net

When you don’t need it at all

You are wasting your time

And your efforts are skew

In life nothing is certain

So hone in your efforts

Take the plunge

Forget the nets

Cruise forward

Think not of failure

And succeed you shall
