learning to unlearn

I'm trying to unlearn

but its so difficult
I am trying to undo
but it ain't so easy
I am trying to unwind
but everything's so tangled

I feel like a ball of yarn
and I need to let go
unlearn the things I know
but I cant let go

My mind is clouded
and blotted
and filled with trash
a mindset so old
even Brontosaurus would laugh

I need to change
my mindset
my thinking
and views

I need to learn
to unlearn
the things I learnt
and prepare myself
for a whole new world
